Bridge Team Management (BTM) / Bridge Resource Management (BRM) has been made mandatory for all Foreign Going Nautical Officers.

All Foreign Going Nautical Officers including officers applying directly to SCI or through Manning Agents must have done these courses. In case Manning Agents are proposing these officers, they must ensure that all of them have done this course.
