1. FOR MUMBAI PORT TRUST OR SPV, ONE OR TWO SUITABLE RO-PAX VESSELS CAPABLE OF CARRYING 30 – 50 CARS AND 250-350 PASSENGERS, FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR PASSENGERS  SEAT AC, WATER AND REFRESHMENTS, FOR FERRY SERVICE BETWEEN FERRY WHARF AND MANDWA (ALIBAUG) WITHIN MUMBAI PORT LIMITS  – ONE WAY TRAVEL TIME OF ABOUT 45 MINUTES. DELIVERY/RE-DELIVERY: MUMBAI, CHARTER PERIOD ABOUT 6 MONTHS + 6 MONTHS CHOPTION, LAYCAN 1st - 15th APRIL’2018. SPEED MINIMUM 25 KNOTS. VESSEL CAPABLE OF 24 X 7 ALL WEATHER CONDITION OPERATION.
