SCI has formed a consortium with M/s Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) w.e.f. 26.08.2010. The ‘SCI-MSC’ consortium will operate a weekly service with six vessels of about 3500 TEU nominal capacity.
The salient features of the service are as under:
• Commencement of service – 26th August, 2010 ex-Colombo.
• Weekly Service
• Round voyage of 42 days.

Colombo-JNP-Mundra-Salalah-Portsaid-Istanbul-Barcelona-Genoa-
La-Spezia-Portsaid- Salalah-Colombo.
Piracy Risk Surcharge :
Aden Piracy Risk Surcharge, US$ 80/TEU & US$ 160/FEU.
Berthing windows as per Schedule. JNP is every Monday.
