1) Applicants should ensure that their documents are updated in DG site, specifically passport, and have SWPF account & should be able to furnish details prior joining.

2) Candidates to ensure all files uploaded are in pdf. Passport with immigration endorsements pages, CDC with stamp pages & Other documents (all certificates) in sequence as per Annexure -3.

3) All attachments i.e. Passport, CDC, other documents (STCW doc. & certificates) etc. to be self attested.

4) Copy of contract letter/ AOA & master checker to be attached with CDC.

5) Annexure -3 to be duly filled & signed by the applicant prior uploading, incomplete or unsigned Annexure-3 will not be considered.

6) Final vaccination certificate to be uploaded along with Annexure -3.

7) Application for vacancies not to be sent on whatsapp or email. No such communication to be done during the entire process of selection. To check on website after around 9 working days for short listed candidates.

8) Please check your SPAM INBOX also, for emails sent for medical & correspondence, after your name has been short listed & list displayed on SCI website.
