5. SCI intends to in-charter 1 no. PSV for intended deployment with ONGC at WCI for a period of firm 30 days + 6 extn option of 5 days each on immediate basis.

B. Vessel shall confirm/comply to (*) –
· To meet all ONGC Tender conditions and Scope of Work (copy of SOW as per ONGC Tender No.P76CC23010 is attached).
· SOLAS convention
· MARPOL convention
· Suitable for all weather operation
· The vessel must have valid H&M and P&I insurances in place
· The vessel must comply with DGS latest requirement and relevant requirement of Indian Custom Authorities

NB: Offered vessel would be inspected/surveyed by the ONGC notified TPI. Vessel may be considered subject to the acceptance by ONGC. – SUNIL MADDILA

ANY OFFERED VESSEL OWNER (REGD. / DISPONENT / COMMERCIAL / TECHNICAL / FREIGHT BENEFICIARY) FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID IN THIS ENQUIRY ONLY IF IT CONFIRMS ITS ACCEPTANCE AND ALSO COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE “GUIDELINES FOR ELIGIBILITY OF A ‘BIDDER’ FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA” ENCLOSED WITH THIS ENQUIRY. THE BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE UNDERTAKING ENCLOSED THEREIN.
