VESSELS TO BE IN-CHARTERED : -

Suitable Fuel efficient Cellular Container Vessel of capacity about 700 – 1,500 TEUs (nominal) (Flexible) on Time Charter as per details furnished below.

i) Area of deployment: Coastal / Gulf / IOR Services with port rotation mainly on West / East Coast of India with possibility of inclusion of Colombo & Jebel Ali.

ii) Laycan: January 2026 – February 2026 (flexible on laycan),

iii) Duration: Min 11 months + 6 months + 6 months +/- 15 days in Choption.

iv) Delivery/Re-Delivery : WCI or Colombo - Jebel Ali range

v) Speed/Fuel consumption – About 13 to 17 knots with economical LSFO fuel consumption with no or minimal MGO consumption on A/E at load draft and Sea State of 2. Vessel to be able to burn IMO compliant fuel as per IMO 2020 Regulation.

vi) Hatch Cover to be preferably lift on/lift off.

vii) Cargo exclusions: Goods under IMDG Class 1 and 7.

viii) Cargo permitted to be carried to include Cotton, Ferrosilicon, Oil Seeds and Acids as per IMDG code.

ix) Crew manning to be maintained by owner as per DGS manning requirement for coastal trade (DGS Development Circular 1 of 2013 dtd. 18.01.2013) for trading on Indian Coast.

x) Immigration requirements for grant of Indian visa to crew for working on coastal trade vessel to be managed by the owner.

xi) No Pakistani crew or ownership. No Iranian / Russian connection.

xii) No Dry-Dock during currency of this C/P except in case of emergency.

SCI HAS AN OPTION TO INCHARTER ONE (01) OR TWO (02) VESSELS UNDER THIS ENQUIRY. ANY OFFERED VESSEL / FLAG / OWNER (REGD. / DISPONENT / COMMERCIAL / TECHNICAL / FREIGHT BENEFICIARY) FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID IN THIS ENQUIRY ONLY IF IT CONFIRMS ITS ACCEPTANCE AND ALSO COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE “GUIDELINES FOR ELIGIBILITY OF A ‘BIDDER’ FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA” ENCLOSED WITH THIS ENQUIRY.
