Suitable Fuel efficient Cellular Container Vessel of capacity about 9,000 to 18,000 TEUs (nominal) (Flexible on Capacity) on Time Charter as per details furnished below.

· Speed/Fuel consumption: Capable of slow steaming at about 12 knots and up to 22 knots at higher level with corresponding fuel consumption preferably (with no or nominal LSMGO consumption) at load draft at sea with sea state 2 to 3. M/E and A/Es on LSFO only.
Vessel to be able to burn IMO compliant fuel, as per IMO 2020 Regulation.
· Charter period: About 36 months +/- 3 months in Chtrs option. (Flexible)
· Delivery dates/ Place: Colombo or Nhava Sheva-Mundra range during Apr -Sep 2026. (Flexible)
· Delivery/Redelivery Port: Colombo or Nhava Sheva-Mundra range.
· Reefer Plugs: About 400-600 points.
· Non-Sequential lift on lift off type pontoon.
· Semi-Automatic or Automatic twist locks.
· Gearless.
· Should be able to comply with bunker requirements to north continent (typically ship will be in emission regulated area for about (12-14 days),
· Vessel should have LSMGO capacity of about 650-1,200 MT to complete the round voyage without rebunkering.
· Cargo /Trading exclusion: To be permitted in areas with IMDG Class 1 & 7 should be allowed to be carried in accordance with IMDG Code.
· Expectation of service: Colombo (Sri Lanka)/Indian Cost – North Continent via Suez Canal and/or Cape of Good Hope, vessel will occasionally call Swedish Ports also for carriage of IMDG Class 1 & 7 cargoes.
· No Pakistani crew or Ownership.
· No Iranian/Russian connection.
· Preferably no Dry-Dock during currency of the C/P except in case of emergency.

ANY OFFERED VESSEL / FLAG / OWNER (REGD. / DISPONENT / COMMERCIAL / TECHNICAL / FREIGHT BENEFICIARY) FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID IN THIS ENQUIRY ONLY IF IT CONFIRMS ITS ACCEPTANCE AND ALSO COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE “GUIDELINES FOR ELIGIBILITY OF A ‘BIDDER’ FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA” ENCLOSED WITH THIS ENQUIRY.
