ANY OFFERED VESSEL / FLAG / OWNER (REGD. / DISPONENT / COMMERCIAL / TECHNICAL / FREIGHT BENEFICIARY) FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO BID IN THIS ENQUIRY ONLY IF IT CONFIRMS ITS ACCEPTANCE AND ALSO COMPLIES WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE “GUIDELINES FOR ELIGIBILITY OF A ‘BIDDER’ FROM A COUNTRY WHICH SHARES A LAND BORDER WITH INDIA” ENCLOSED WITH THIS ENQUIRY. THE BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE UNDERTAKING ENCLOSED THEREIN.
