Work Description	Pre-Qualification
The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (‘SCI’ or ‘the Corporation’) invites sealed tenders from experienced registered firms of Kolkata Port for providing Cleaning Services for Passenger vessels its branch office located at Kolkata, Address: The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., “Shipping House”, 13, Strand Road, Kolkata-700 001.	3.1 The party must have minimum 3 (Three) years relevant experience of providing Cleaning Services for Passenger vessels during the past 5 (Five) financial years in offices of PSUs/ PSBs/ Large Corporate Houses and State/ Central Government offices. 3.2 The party must have executed one job of Rs.3.65 Lakhs (rounded) contract or two jobs of Rs.2.28 Lakhs or three jobs of Rs.1,83 Lakhs (rounded) in the last five financial years for providing Vessel Cleaning Services for passenger/cargo vessels under PSUs/PSBs/Large Corporation Houses and State/Central Government offices. Copy of work completion must be submitted along with the Tender document. The above figures are for annual contract value. 3.3 The party must be based/ having fully functional office setup in Kolkata. 3.4 The party must have positive net worth and must be having sound financial health in all the previous three financial years (FY 2019-20,FY 2020-21 and FY 2021-22), 3.5 The average annual financial turnover during last 3(three) years, ending 31st March 2022 should be at least Rs1.37 lakhs, (rounded) 3.6 The party must ensure & exhibit complete compliance with ‘CHECK LIST FOR DOCUMENTS TO BE ESENTIALLY FURNISHED WITH TECHNICAL BID FOR TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION, as given at Page No.14 of this tender document.
