Purchase Cell: Supply of Bunkers, Stores, provisions, office stationary, Marine Lubricants, Paints, Ropes, Anodes, Navigational Charts, Safety items.
Services Contracts Cell:Supply of Launch Services, Supply of Fresh Water, Bunker Quality Survey, Bunker Quantity Survey, Survey and Supervision of Empty Containers, Booking of Domestic and International Air Tickets, Ship to Shore communication and vice versa, Handling storage and repair of containers, Domestic & International Courier service, Regular road transport for movement of empty containers, Appointment of practising Company Secretary. Clearing and Forwarding of Ship’s items viz. Stores, Spares, Transportation, Tracking and monitoring of containers, Outsourcing of Record Management.
Goods Contracts Cell: Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment’s (FFE) & Emergency Escape Breathing Devices (EEBD), Marine Paints, Marine Lubricants, Marine Chemicals, Sacrificial Aluminium & Zinc Anodes, Navigational Charts and Publications, Refrigeration Gases in refillable cylinders, Radio devices, Fumigation, Disinfestation & Deratisation services, Safety Stores, Navigational equipment’s, ISPS items, PP ropes, Galvanised Steel Wire Ropes, Fire Fighting Hoses, Gun Metal Fittings, Engine stores, Electrical stores, Supply of Warm Clothing, White Uniforms & Safety Shoes etc.
Agency Cell: Appointment of regular agents at various ports / countries.
Information Technology: Computer Hardware: servers, desktops, laptops, printers, Computer Software.
Technical departments of Operating Divisions: undertake the following procurement: New marine equipment for vessels, Spares (handled by spare cell), Dry dock services, Survey services.
Personnel & Administration Division:Recruitment agencies, Printing of newsletters, magazines, etc., Office equipment and stationery, Civil & Engineering services including Maintenance of properties, Electrical requirements, General services like horticulture, cleaning, pantry requirements, uniforms.
